• The Nurmenuku residential district has 15 plots in total for detached houses. You can buy a completed house or one that is still to be built, in a range of sizes and layouts. You can also commission a house designed and built entirely to your own brief – up to 240 m² over 2 storeys.
  
  
• Houses are rated energy class A or B, depending on the materials and building systems chosen. They share a single architectural style, with each successive house differing slightly from the last in the tones of its exterior finish. You can choose the size, room layout and interior finish that suit you.
  
  

• The houses are built of masonry, with external and internal walls built for sound and thermal insulation, quality door and window solutions, a heat-recovery ventilation system and — depending on your choice — either ground-source or air-to-water heating. Cooling can be added as an option.

• The grounds around the house are levelled and sown with grass.
